June 2026
- Florida dispensary map upgraded to precise per-location pins — 695 locations geocoded from official OMMU addresses (previously every dispensary in a city sat on a single point).
- State switcher now tiers coverage honestly: Florida runs the full operator-level dashboard; Massachusetts, Colorado, Oregon, and Michigan run as statewide market-data dashboards.
- Added per-state data-freshness monitoring — a regulator feed that stalls now gets flagged instead of quietly serving stale numbers.
- Contributor front door clarified: request access at /contribute (no GitHub account needed), and adding a new state is an open, documented contribution.
Foundations
- Five live state dashboards: Florida (the deepest) plus Massachusetts, Colorado, Oregon, and Michigan.
- Published the open normalization standard for cannabis data (SPEC.md) — a portable "GTFS for cannabis," with machine-readable JSON Schemas.
- Every published figure traces to a named government regulator, with a confidence label and a source link.
- Open corrections log — every change to displayed data, shown with its reason and source.
- Weekly Pulse: a source-backed email brief, plus contributor sign-in via GitHub or email.
