Plain-English summary: The dashboards are free and need no account. We only hold what you actively give us — your email if you subscribe to the Weekly Pulse, and the contents of any error report or request you send. We don't sell or share it, and you can unsubscribe or ask us to delete it at any time.

What we collect

Newsletter: the email address (and optional name) you submit to the Weekly Pulse, plus which state(s) you choose to follow and confirmation/unsubscribe tokens.
Requests & error reports: whatever you type into the feedback or contribution forms (e.g. a message, a source URL, and any GitHub username/email you choose to include).
Server logs: standard request metadata (IP, user agent, timestamp) used for security, rate-limiting, and debugging, retained for a limited period.
Analytics: if enabled, we use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Plausible) that does not track or profile individuals.

How we use it

Email is used only to send the brief(s) you asked for and the one-time confirmation. Requests and error reports are used to review and improve the data. We use a third-party email provider (Resend) solely to deliver these messages. We do not sell, rent, or share your information, and we don't send marketing you didn't ask for.

Your choices

Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and subscriptions use double opt-in (you must confirm before anything is sent). To have your email or a submission removed, email hello@devcannabis.com or use the contact options.

The cannabis figures shown on this site come from public government records (e.g. Florida OMMU) — that is not personal information you provided, and this policy covers only the data you submit to us. See our Terms for sourcing details.
