Every submission is manually reviewed. An account records your request; it does not grant repository access, a contributor role, an API key, or a delivery commitment.
Ways to participate now
The project is solo-maintained. Source links, corrections, coverage demand, and access questions are open now. Authored work is considered one proposal at a time. Do not send code before scope, applicable terms, and the safest access path are approved. Moderator roles are not open today.

Florida, Massachusetts, Colorado, Oregon, Michigan, and Washington are live. If you need another jurisdiction, record the demand and its intended use. Coverage is prioritized by source availability, public value, repeat demand, and maintenance capacity; a request does not promise a delivery date.
